Recap Entertainers for Education Alliance - I WILL GRADUATE Program Presents "Empower Her" and "Be You, Not Her" Book Signing Event

On Saturday November 14th, 2020, The Entertainers 4 Education Alliance - I WILL GRADUATE Program held the "Empower Her" women's empowerment community event at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Plaza. This event celebrated, uplifted and empowered women to achieve their goals and provided resources to support and empower women in our community.

This event featured our very own co-founder and executive director Tonya Lewis-Taylor who shared messages of empowerment from her new book "Be You, Not Her" along with other powerful women from our community.

We would like to extend a special thank you to our guest speakers and community partners Laurie Cumbo New York City Council Majority Leader - District 35, Farah Louis City Council Member - District 45, Darma Diaz City Council Member Elect - District 37, Latrice Walker New State Assembly Member and Tremaine Wright New York State Assembly Member, City Council Member Robert E. Cornegy Jr. , Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration, Power 105.1, The Brooklyn Hospital, The Brooklyn Adult Learning Center, News 12, Ashley Stewart, Applebee's, Moshooh, Chase Bank, and Foodtown.
